Can I use iphone 5 with bad ESN in Europe?
I'm buying iPhone 5C from eBay… It will be shipped from US to Europe. Can I use it in Europe?

You will need to buy a converter for the electrical current in Europe and get a carrier where you are but other then that yes it will work.
Cell phones can be used pretty much anywhere in the world that has carriers.
