Can iPhone App developers tell who downloads their products?
For example, you need an Apple ID to download iPhone applications. Are Apple IDs of users that download an App given to or accessible by that App's developer?
Aside from things like Instagram, Facebook, etc. Which have identifiable information built into their App functionality (i.e.email to login, picture uploading, etc.).
No, they can see how many people downloaded it, but they can't see who downloaded it specifically. It would violate their privacy policy.
