My friend and her boyfriend arnt suppost to have contact with each other a no contact order and her boyfriend always tags in her wall post and he did inbox her a few times and the cops found out about it and now she had to block her boyfriend and unfriend him and they said last chance if they talk on facebook. There's this sociel worker invovled just because they both have f.a.s when she had her baby in the hospital they just walked into the mother baby unit and made her sign a paper just cause they have f.a.s and now they told her they'lll take her baby away if she talks to him and they said they'll arrest for that. They arnt talking now. She has an iphone but the cops don't know her number or they don't know she has a phone cause she only got her iphone 2 days ago.her boyfriend has an ipod and hes using a different email then facebook but are police able to find out if they talk on imessage (not saying they are) but if they were would the be able to find out? She has an iphone but police don't know her number or know she has an iphone and her boyfriend has an ipod touch. And they don't know he has an ipod touch. They are having no contact order because her boyfriend pushed her and yelled at her. And they both have a baby together she had to call the cops on her boyfriend cause she was scared

NSA can, not sure about your local police.

Police can track anything

If there's an open investigation, yes. They will have access to everything you ever used your phone for. This includes your deleted Internet history, deleted texts, notes, and all the apps. Your service provider has a record of everything which they are required to show police during an open investigation. If they refuse, they'll be charged with obstructing justice and interfering with an official investigation.

Her boyfriend sounds like a nutzoid.say lose my phone number and get out of my face before I dot you between the eyes.

It has nothing to do with the device. The records come from the service provider. In other words, whoever you pay to keep the service active. Just as an FYI, they are required to house all your data in an offsite data center on a server (in other words, a metal box that stores data, think of it as a giant CD or cassette tape) for 7 years. Deleted from the device (in other words, the iPhone or iTouch) or not, they're all logged and saved and accessible within minutes.

You need to put your child first for once and obey the law. How many warnings do you think the cops will give you oops I mean your friend?

Edit: LOL Robert that made my night.

  • Should I buy an ipod touch 5th gen.or buy an iphone 5 and use it as an ipod? I was wondering what would be better to have an ipod or to have an iphone 5 and use it as an ipod, but is it worth spending more money for the iphone 5 to use as an ipod. I currently have an ipod touch 4g, o and by the way i would like either the ipod 5g in 64gb or the iphone 5 in 64gb.
  • IPhone 5 vs iPod Touch 5 (latest iPod touch)? Which is more worth it? I had the iPod touch 4 and I really loved it! But I sold it a few months ago to save up for an iPhone but now that the iPhone 5 is here and there's a new iPod touch, I'm confused. Which one should I get? For the android fans out there, don't recommend me to buy android, I'm sick of it.
  • If you track your stolen iphone will the police retrieve it for you? My iphone was stolen last night its yet to be turned on but using the find my iphone app i should be able to find the address, the problem is that the whoever took it is not going to willingly give it back, and the people i have an idea of who took it are quite intimidating, thank you.
  • If you take the SIM card out of an iphone can the police/ family still track you? So I watched this movie called SALT it's not that old but it's a good movie. In one part she takes the SIM card out of the phone so no one can track it. But is that also true with iPhones? Like of you take the SIM card out can the police still track your phone. Because I was think yes because it has your number. But is that true? It's not traceable if you take the SIM card out. But if not is there a way and how?
