Can you set a text-only background on an iPhone 5s lock screen?
Basically, screen-capturing a note from "Notes", but without seeing the time, battery icon, network etc. Does an app or something completely different let you do this?
If you take a picture of your text in notes and then crop it in the Photos app, that should do the trick. The only downside would be the black space above and below your picture.
An alternative is to open an image editing program on your computer and make a 1136x640 template with a blank background and some text. This takes longer but looks neater.
There are also a few apps for things like this. Try searching "If found" on the app store.
- Why can't i play youtube videos in background/lock screen on my iphone anymore? I always used to be able to do this, is there any way to still do it? Or is there any way to get an older version of the app that will alow me to do it? And does anyone know why they stopped this function? Very frustrating!
