Can you transfer songs/photos from your iphone into new computer?

My old computer is broken and I didn't back it up:/ can I still transport all my data from my phone into a safe place onto the computer, how can this be done?

Added (1). It's a MAC btw

I guess there should not any kind of problem to transfer any files to your new system. Just attach your phone to the new system through data cable and make a transfer of files.

Sure. You can take the data which is still on your phone and transfer it to the new computer. Just install iTunes on the new computer, plug in your phone and sync your data with the computer.

BTW you might try the iCloud facility so that you data is safe if you happen to break you phone instead of your computer.

It is works with Winamp, but it requires you to have iTunes on your system as well. Once you have both apps installed, download and install the ml_iPod plugin for Winamp too and follow these steps. First, close iTunes if it is running, and then launch Winamp. Then plug your phone to the computer with the USB cable. Winamp will show a small window saying "transfer of metadata". When this window closes, the iphone music library will appear on the Winamp Media Library under devices. After that, you can freely copy songs from iPhone to your computer by selecting those files on the iphone list and choosing "copy to hard drive" in the context menu. The syncing also works the other way: just select files on your local media library and transfer them to the iPhone by selecting the "send to" option in the context menu. When you're done, eject the iphone from Winamp. After that, you' ll have to force the iphone to reload the song database. Just lauch the ipod application and then press the home button for about 5 seconds until you return to the home screen. Then, launch the iPod tool again and your newly transferred songs will be right there.
