Canceling the iCloud storage plan subscription?

Exchanging iPhone 6 for iPhone 7. Iphone 6 lacks 4GB to do iCloud backup. Had to buy $1 plan a month with 50GB. IPhone 7 has I believe a minimum of 20GB extra storage compared to iPhone 6. I only need the extra 4GB. So if I cancel my iCloud storage plan will any 4GB extra data be deleted that I received with the 50GB storage or will it still be filled by iPhone 7's 32GB storage?

If you change your storage plan all of the data over 5gb will be deleted but if you have it stored on your new phone you will still have your data and won't need the icloud storage anymore

  • My Coke Rewards Magazine Subscription? So I have enough points to get a full year Cosmopolitan magazine subscription but it's for regular magazines and I would LOVE if I could get it Digital (iPad, iPhone whatever). Does anyone know if I can do that?

  • IPhone storage full but iCloud storage not? I'm in the Navy and I'm going on deployment soon so, I'm racking up on stuff like movies and music so I won't be bored during deployment… I'm 3 seasons in on downloading stuff on Netflix and it says my storage is full… I deleted a lot of useless apps and music already and I downloaded a few more then it happened again… I see my iCloud storage is very empty but my phone storage is too full… How can I fix this.
  • If I Downgraded my Storage plan I previously bought on a phone with smaller GB, will it take away some of my storage on my new phone? I ran out of storage on my old iPhone SE so I was paying .99 cents a month for 50 GB, but now I have an iPhone 8 Plus which is 64 GB. ICloud was continuing to charge me .99 cents a month and I just now figured out how to discontinue it, but it said that if I did so I would only have 5 GB of storage. Should I be concerned?
