Can't Create iTunes account without credit card?
I've just gotten an iphone and whenever i try to download an app it says that it hasn't been reviewed by itunes when i try to sign up it doesn't have the option to not use credit card. I'm 13 btw so i can't just enter a credit card.
Whenever you try to download anything from iTunes even if it's free, you will need a credit card on file. Possibly you can ask one of your parents or someone with a credit card if you can use the card just to open the account. As long as you don't make any purchases they will not be charged.
- ITunes Gift card instead of Credit Card? I found some things that i have been wanting on the iTunes store but i do not have a credit card registered with my account. If i were to buy an iTunes gift card, would that work in lieu of the credit card requirement? Also, the apps that i want to get are for the iPhone.
