Carrier unlock iPhone 4

Hi, I have an AT&T iPhone 4 on ios 6.1.3.It is jailbroken but I can't seem to find any software carrier unlocks? I have no money to get it factory unlocked or to get any hardware unlocks. Is there any software unlocks that work for 6.1.3?
