Changed my PC to a macbook pro and now can't sync itunes to iPhone?
Hi! I recently got a new macbook pro and was previously using a PC, i had hundreds of songs on my itunes and managed to get them all onto my new mac through my dropbox so they are all now on there, including many new songs i didn't have on my old PC. I tried to sync my iPhone with this new mac and none of the new songs went on, and i noticed it wasn't really syncing properly it was very quick. Can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong and help me get my new songs onto my iphone?
Copy the iTunes media folder to a flash drive then put them on the Mac.
You may have transferred all your music to your mac. But your phone is synced to the PC, you now have to get your phone to recognise your PC, connect to the mac and i Tunes then select reset it should then reload all and become synced to the Mac I hope this helps
You need to do one of two things,.
First you can restore you iPhone using iTunes then put all the stuff back on it.
Or second you can enable home sharing so that your iPhone can sync with any of the computers you have logged on to your iTunes account.
