Computer just shutdown out of nowhere, can't restart it again?

(Writing this on my iphone) I was just playing some Hearthstone when it completely shutdown. I have no idea what to do, so any ideas are welcome. XD

There are some reports of this happening with a few games. Try taking out your battery and putting it back in and restarting again. If it doesn't work take the phone to the service center

Unplug it from the wall and back of your computer and wait about 5 minute the plug it back into the computer then into the wall.

Here are some reports of this happening with a few games. Try taking out your battery and putting it back in and restarting agaiain

Unplug your Computer from its powersource for 1 minute & then try to start it.
if that doesn't work try to apply heatsink paste on your cpu & deattach poersupply cables from board & reattach them.
if even that doesn't work try changing power cable or your SMPS.

They just came out of nowhere, I don't even know these people and I've never seen them in my life. Some of my old contacts are deleted too. Anyone knows what this issue is and how can I recover all of my old contacts while deleting all of the new ones?

Now it seems to shutdown everytime the batteries hit around 20-30 percents and the music/ipod would freeze and being unresponsive. How do I fix this? My warranty has expired already.
