New contacts came out of nowhere on my iPhone 4 iOS 7?
I just noticed a few minutes ago that I have about 100 NEW contacts on my contacts list on my iPhone. They just came out of nowhere, I don't even know these people and I've never seen them in my life. Some of my old contacts are deleted too. Anyone knows what this issue is and how can I recover all of my old contacts while deleting all of the new ones?

- IPhone 4 was stolen. How do I lock it if I'm nowhere near it so the thief won't be able to use it? Yes, I know I'm stupid for not engaging a passcode for it. Grr. I know who has the phone. Trying to find some time to confront the man that stole it but I don't want the service provider to switch it off. I want the thief NOT to be able to use it in the meantime. People at the Apple Store I can do that myself (lock it from where I'm) but were unable to tell me how.
- I have an iphone 4 and my phone turned of out of nowhere and i have ios 7? This happened last night to. I had got ios 7 yesterday morning it was perfectly fine and the i got up to get something and then as soon as i come back it off. I thought it died so i connected it to the charger and it still didn't turn on i pressed the on button a bunch of times. So i let my brother try and he went and turned it on he isn't home and i don't know how to turn it back ON Help Please REEPPPLLLY!
