Cydia, no jailbreak, for ipod, ipad, iPhone, android. Ipad mini?
Can you get cydia on ipod/ipad with out jailbreaking? If so could someone reply back a pastes link? I've tried openappmkt, which does not work. I want a real working cydia app ( with packages, ect, )on my ipod with out jail breaking. Please help. I do not want to jailbreak.

No. Cydia is only available on jailbroken devices, because it's basically an app store for apps that only work with jailbroken iPhones, iPads, and iPods. It would be pointless to have Cydia on a non-jailbroken device, because the apps it offers wouldn't work.
On Android jailbreaking is called rooting and there's really nothing exactly like Cydia, because Android already allows unofficial app stores without having to modify your phone. There are some apps that only work on a rooted device, but you can find those in the official Google Play store (overall Google is much less picky about what kinds of apps it lets into the official app store).

- What use is an ipad or ipad mini to someone with an iphone and macbook? I'm thinking of getting an ipad mini or ipad 2 for someone who already has an iphone 5 and macbook pro. I don't know how useful it will be since they are not likely to use it outside of their home and i'll be getting the non 3g version so it won't be much use when they take it out anyway.
