Defective iphone 5s, get money back?

Hey so I bought an Iphone 5s 7 months ago, and I've relized that it doesn't work properly. The tough id only works sometimes, other times nothing seems to be functional, sometimes it doesn't start only five hours later. What do you think I should do? I would really like to get my money back. Do you think that's possible? Or should I sell it?

You don't get your money back after 7 months of use. You can get it fixed, I would take it to an Apple store, they are good about fixing things especially if its under 1 year. Be aware they will check for drop or water damage though, so if thats what happened don't try to act like they won't know, but otherwise they may even fix it free.

If you are selling it, then you need to advertise it as having problems, so the value comes way down if you don't get it fixed first.
