Do i need someone to put in my sim card or do it myself?
I have a tmobile iphone 5 I just bought from somebody. Do I just put my tmobile sim card(I cut it already so it can fit) in it and itll automatically work with Wi-Fi and all that… Or do I need to go to the tmobile store and ask them to do everything and put Wi-Fi and all that on it?
They don't need to do anything if you're just wanting to use it on Wi-Fi. You just take a paper clip and it pops out on the side of the phone.
You could do it yourself. Just eject the SIM tray, stick in the SIM & put it back in. Done.
Wi-Fi has nothing to do with the SIM card and or T-Mobile for that matter.
- Will I be able to transfer my contract from a regular Sim card to a Micro Sim card? I want to buy an iPhone 4S on T-mobile, but my current T-mobile sim card is a regular one that would not fit in to the iPhone 4S. Would I be able to somehow move my contract on to the new Micro Sim?
- Will cutting my sim card work to use as a micro sim card? I just ordered an iPhone 4 and I need to cut the sim card to make it a Micro sim. Will it affect it. I have seen a bunch of video and already have the template it for it. I'm using simple mobile. Do you know if anything wrong happen to it?
- Locked iPhone and need sim card to use because I restarted it but i don't have the specific sim I need. Please i'm desperate? Ok so my aunt got me an iPhone from Canada but its sim locked and it says I need to insert a sim card for it to work. The problem is i don't have a sim from that specific company that locked it and the only thing I can do is emergency calls and all that. I can't even use it as an iTouch or something.
- How to restore when the sim card I put in my iphone says INVALID SIM? So I had done a factory unlock and the next thing I needed to do was restore on itunes with the sim card I want to use. But when I put the sim card in it says INVALID SIM. So how am I suppose to restore if itunes won't let me restore cuz my phone says that? How do I get rid of the invalid sim before restoring?
