Does a cigarette car charger play my music off my Iphone 5?

I just purchased a 2007 honda accord and i want to play my music off my Iphone 5. I want to buy a cheap little cigarette light adapter to use. I just wanted to know if that'll work before I spend the money to buy one. Can anybody help me out?

Your car's cigarette lighter outlet is NOT wired to your stereo. The only thing it can do is recharge your phone's battery.
