Does Ios 7 iphone have new emojis?

I can't tell if there are new ones, but there are certainly a lot of them. If you want, you can actually install the beta yourself if you register your device's UDID with a developer account through a site like http://udid.in/.It's $5, and then you can try out the new OS before everyone else. That's how I got it running on my 4S.

Is there an emoji app I should download if yes please give me the link. And iMessage doesn't always work with all iPhone users its set as text message instead of iMessage" and they get my Emojis even when I use text message but I don't get their.
