Does my iPhone's GPS work properly without SIM card and connected to pocket Wi-Fi?

Yes, iphones have full GPS receivers.
It may get an accurate position somewhat faster when it has a phone signal or locatable Wi-Fi connection, but once it's got an accurate location "fix" it makes no difference.

- Will cutting my sim card work to use as a micro sim card? I just ordered an iPhone 4 and I need to cut the sim card to make it a Micro sim. Will it affect it. I have seen a bunch of video and already have the template it for it. I'm using simple mobile. Do you know if anything wrong happen to it?
- Where can I download a minecraft pocket edition 0.3 pocket edition by doriangh? It has to be by doriangh because I'm on a iPhone 3G which can only go to iOS 4.2.1. Minecraft pe needs iOS 4.3. The ipa by doriangh can however support iOS 4.2.1 thanks in advance
- Is it okay to use a sim card that's not properly cut? So recently i changed my number so i got a new sim card. I use an iphone 4s which requires a micro sim card. I didn't have the cutting tool to cut the normal sized to micro ones, so i cut the sim by myself by downloading a template from internet. but after i cut it, turns out that i cut it a little too small than the standard size. it works okay for now, but will it give my phone or connection in the future?
- Iphone was in pocket and outside of pocket got a little wet would my phone be fine? My iphone 6 was in my pocket and the outside of my pocket got a little wet due to a sink splashing. The phone is working fine but i'm overly cautious. Should it be fine?
