Does resetting your iPhone make it iCloud unlocked?
IIm selling my iPhone and used the "Reset" for it, essentially making my iPhone back to factory settings. Does this make it iCloud unlocked also?
It needs to be at the screen where its asking them to put in their new icloud ID / pwd. That means its wiped and yours has been removed.
No. Resetting the iPhone does nothing to the Cloud account.
Just delete your iCloud account before selling it. Setting > iCloud > Delete Account.
