Does Sprint/Apple store pictures?

I accidentally deleted some photos from a trip I went on with my parents today. I took the photos from my camera on my phone. Is there a way that I can get them back? Would Sprint or Apple be able to store them and save them on their end, or do they store them only if they're sent in a message? How long do they store it for if you know to? I have a iPhone 4S and company's Sprint. I didn't have iCloud on or photostream and didn't save them on my computer.
Sprint definitely would not have anything to do with this.
Without Photo Stream or any backup methods or files in place there's nothing that can be done unfortunately.

- Where is the best place to buy an iPhone 4s: the Verizon store or the Apple store? I don't have an upgrade until January but am looking to buy an iPhone soon. I've been looking at the various sites and saw that there was a huge price difference between the Apple and Verizon stores. A rep at the Verizon store told me I wouldn't even have to change my existing plan, but just pay the $449 for the phone. Why would I buy an iPhone 4s from Verizon for $449.99 when they're sold on the Apple website for $99?
- Verizon store or apple store for a new iphone 5? Verizon said I can get an Iphone 5 for "Using my upgrade + $199).Is it true that I can get an iphone 5 at the apple store for $199? If true, Why would I use an upgrade at verizon and pay the same amount for the phone?
- Should I buy my iPhone at the Apple Store or the Verizon store? The plans and the phones themselves cost the exact same; the difference is the care plan. I just can't decide which one is best for me and I definitely want some sort of plan. Apple care is an upfront cost, but it is cheaper. I don't know how long either last, or which one takes care of the customers the best. Any opinions?

So it came out yesterday as most of you know but I don't know want to wait in a long line in apple so if I buy it from sprint am I getting the same thing if I get it from apple? And if I do buy it from sprint can I get the apple warranty.
