The only 4G LTE iPhone is the iPhone 5.

Sadly no. The iPhone 4S can only run on EDGE, 3G and 4G.(If you have AT&T and recently updated your iPhone, you will notice it says 4G, instead of 3G. Its really still 3G, it just says 4G) Anyway, the iPhone 5 runs on 4G LTE. I know for a fact, Verizon offers LTE, and I believe AT&T does as well.
