Doss it bother you that people (especially kids) are obsessed with technology?
I hate how people are obsessed with technology now a days! I even got obsessed with technology for a while, but i'm trying to hard to change, i don't want to live this kind of life. In the 1950's and decades like that everybody was so life like, it was adorable. Even when I was growing up in the 1970's people were still life like, In my house I life with my husband, my 2 daughters and my niece lives with us and our house is very very quiet, no one really talks to each other. The only sound in our house is keyboard typing, mouse clicking, and that noise when you plug in an iPhone to charge it, everybody is in their bed under the blankets on their phones, I constantly go in their rooms and see them under the blanket and I see a light coming from the blanket, their screen. I'm not the ones who bought them these phones, my husband did and I was mad about it. It's becoming too much, I really wish my children were growing up in like the 1970's when I grew up or something, they are social media obsessed kids, they depend on technology for everything. I constantly cry because of what is happening, it seems that everyone is with technology now, even when I go to a super market or something I see kids on phones. My niece is only 4 years old and her mother bought her the new iPhone 7 for her birthday back in January. I wish I was born in like 1895 so I would have been dead already. Does anyone else feel this? Does anyone else hate modern technology? Modern world is so boring and stupid
Obsessed yes they are. I noticed a major problem since all of this technology:
No one does business where you actually talk with a person.
People don't seem to know anything. They look it up which is frightening when it's your doctor.
Free information is not free.
If and when there's not electricity is when you will see a bunch of crazy people because they are addicted to technology.
No, let them be. They will be the next leaders of this world. We're in big trouble don't you think.
- Why are people obsessed with Joe Rogan's podcast? It is literally all my buddy talks about every other day. Rogan this, Rogan that. He always has to bring it up in amy conversation. Quite annoying really. He's also heavy into government conspiracies. Maybe that's why he likes the podcast so much? What's so good about gathering around your iPhone and listening to a UFC host talk about dumb stuff?
- Why are people obsessed with FB? I'm amazed how Facebook is dominating people's lives. I do have FB, but some off my friends in there post pictures of EVERYTHING! For example Carrier bags with loads of shopping in it etc etc.these are people who work and study, so where do they get the time. To be honest I think there's a lot of proudness on there, like selfridges bags, telling people where they are, pictures of iPhones etc.man get a life'
- What do British people think about how Americans are obsessed with the Royal Family? On American TV it's like they obsess over every little things that happens about the royal family in England I mean NBC news had some 'royal wedding app' for the iphone one time or something it's kinda sad what do Brits think of this?
- People that buy iphones don't know anything about technology did you know that? Like my friend just brought iphone and I asked him if it has 4g late he said what's that? Then I asked how fast is the processor like 1.2 dual people buy them because its more mainstream and because their friends have iPhones Samsung is way better based on specs and technology the iPhone 4s and 4 processors are very slow
