For three days I can send emails but I can't receive them on my iPhone 5s?

I can access my email account on my laptop pc.
I have deleted the account from my iphone5s about 10 times and there was no changes.

Have you tried closing the app through multitask? Double press home button and swipe up. If that didn't work, you'll have to try and reset network settings in Settings. If not? The iPhone May be crashing and you may need to reset it to factory settings and backing up everything. Hope this helped!
