IPhone can't receive iMessages but it can send them?
So today, my iPhone said 'waiting for activation'. I think I managed to fix that part.
Now, I can send iMessages but can't receive them, I can receive iMessages on my Mac, but not my phone.
You have to either be connected to Wi-Fi or have Internet on your phone to use iMessage, the person who you sent the iMessage to could have their iMessage turned off
- What does it mean if an iPhone user can receive calls but not iMessages? My boyfriend and I were on the phone when he suddenly hung up. I tried calling back and it rung until it went to voicemail. I texted him, but it won't send unless I send it as a text rather than an iMessage. We were talking about something important so I'm kind of worried
- My iPhone 5c randomly said 'searching. ' And I can't receive any calls or texts or send them? But the network is fine with my family's phones. I've tried airplane mode, resetting my phone 3 times and taken out my sim. Please I'm desperate to get this fixed!
- Is there anyway to receive someone else's iMessages but not letting them see your messages? I'm fully aware of the Send & Receive settings in the iPhone, but is there anyway of receiving my son's iMessages but not let his iPhone receive mine? We both share an Apple ID, I'm very suspicious of my son over the past few days, I would like to get his messages but not let him get mine.
- IPhone 4 won't receive calls but can make them? I just got a new network working on it and I've texted and made calls to people but It won't let people call me. All it says to them is that I'm unable to take the call. Can anyone help me?
