Found an iPhone and it's getting located?
Found it in the street. The screen is cracked and destroyed. COMPLETELY. You can't see anything, the literal screen inside is broken. Also, it keeps getting located. Like the iPhone locator noise is sounding over and over and I want to give it back to the owner but I can't access the phone or anything. Any thoughts?

If you can see his icloud id on it (if its not locked), its often their email id so you could email them. If they are locating it then they should just put a remote msg on it how to contact them as they can do that with find my iphone.
