How hard would it be for you to either ask a search-engine for information or simply to go staight to the manufacture's website (Apple) to get a factual answer instead of asking on here for people's best guesses, who offer no outside source to back up their answer?

Current gen is iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c with Apple still selling iPhone 4s.
When you run a websearch for "iPhone 6 release date" you'll find speculations ranging from mid summer 2014 to late fall 2014. Basically no body in the general public knows this ifnormation for a fact just yet.

The iPhone, iPhone 3 and iPhone 4 were all released in June. While the iPhone 5 on the other hand was released in September. Jeffries analyst Peter Misek believes that the iPhone 6 would follow the June release pattern, meaning it would come out on June 2014. Samsung, HTC and Sony devices are all planned to be released before then, but it's unlikely Apple will release earlier than June.

- New contacts came out of nowhere on my iPhone 4 iOS 7? I just noticed a few minutes ago that I have about 100 NEW contacts on my contacts list on my iPhone. They just came out of nowhere, I don't even know these people and I've never seen them in my life. Some of my old contacts are deleted too. Anyone knows what this issue is and how can I recover all of my old contacts while deleting all of the new ones?
