I restored my iphone 5 with my BFS itunes account and i lost everything on mine what do i do?
Everything on my phone changed! But my apps are still there but how do i get everything back! I'm lost

If it is music go to your iTunes account, go to recent purchases then it give you the option to download your music. If it is photos and contacts, you should have backed up to iCloud. Go into your general settings, backup and select the last backup your phone did.
- Synced my iPhone 4 with itunes.and lost everything? I got a new iphone 4, and I wanted to sync my itunes to my phone cause i had music on it. And when i synced it it deleted all my contacts, and converted whatever I had on my Itouch to my iphone so. I lost everything can someone help me.
- Restored Iphone and lost pictures? My mom just got a new iphone, and so she wanted me to sync her old iphone pictures on to the computer. I did, and when I went to sync those pictures on to her new new iphone, I restored it. Anyway, she had some pictures on the new Iphone and now they are gone and replaced with the old ones. How can I retrieve these? P. S. Icloud was off
- Restored iphone and lost everything? I got my iphone 5 about a month ago and i hadn't synched it to itunes until today. When i went into itunes it asked me if i wanted to start it as a new iphone or restore it to my old ipod touch and i clicked ipod touch cause i wanted my old pictures and music but it completely deleted everything off my phone and put the stuff from my ipod on it. I lost all my new pictures contacts and messages. Is there anyway i can get those back? I didn't hook up to icloud either.
