I have recently purchased an iPhone 6s and i have a problem for internet on it?

I have an internet package under it. I have cellular data on and yet when I use the internet, it deducts money from my phone balance. Could anyone help me as what do I need to do or a setting that I need to change.

I would highly suggest you contact your cellular provider, so they can look into the problem since it seems to be a accounting problem, I have an iPhone 6s plus, I just placed the SIM in it and it started working right away without deducting my money, that's why it's most likely account problem

  • Internet speeds recently cutting in half? I usually get 20mb download and 1.1mb upload. 2 days ago i started getting around 3mb download and 500kb upload on my iPhone and even my playstation which is on ethernet. I changed the router to the one we rented from windstream and the speeds are now 10mb download and 900kb upload on my ps4, and about 7mb on my PC and phone. I've reset to default settings, unplugged it, and swapped it out. I also tried using 5hz and 2.4hz and enabling SmartSteering.
  • I recently updated to ios7 and I have a problem? So I recently installed ios7 on my iphone 4S, and I noticed that without Wi-Fi, no application that needs cellular data works. Even thought my cellular data IS on and along with 3G, it doesn't work. I checked the "Use Cellular Data for" and I noticed that NONE of my applications are on there.   • I recently purchased an iPhone 4? I recently purchased an iPhone 4, and I have had problems resetting it. Unfortunately it will not let me reset the phone because it asks for the password of the Apple ID it is currently using. I would like to find a way of resetting or getting rid of the Apple ID it has. Miguel: Whenever I try that it will ask for the password of the profile and it won't let me through because I don't have it. :/
