Connect your iPhone via the charger usb cable and it should automatically be detected as a 'camera' so to speak. Go to your computer and you should be able to access it from there. Go to your DCIM folder and click one of the folders that appears (if more than one does even appear) and just drag and drop I guess…
Works for windows and mac, you might want to close itunes as it will most likely automatically open when you plug in your iPhone.

When I plug my iphone4 up to my computer, the lil box pops up and asks me if I want to upload videos and pics but when I click on it to do so, it says no pics or videos were found. It just started doing this, I have uploaded pics in the past from my phone with no problem but now its not letting me.
