Why can I not sync iPhone pics on to computer?
Before I had no problem, I would just connect my iPhone and I could access them. But now, they only appear in the photo cache as ithmb files. Why has this happened, and how can I go back to normal without having to download some ithmb to jpg converter which takes too much time and should not be necessary?
Added (1). Yes I have used iTunes to sync the photos with the computer
Aren't you supposed to use the iTunes software to sync the phone with the computer?
Just use windows explorer to copy them to the PC, thats what I do…

When I plug my iphone4 up to my computer, the lil box pops up and asks me if I want to upload videos and pics but when I click on it to do so, it says no pics or videos were found.
