How to fix unable to download application APP could not be downloaded at this time?

On my iPhone 4s I tried to download a couple apps in the last couple of days, both pertaining to photography and photo editing, and with both apps I got the same message:
"Unable to download Application"
"Photo Editor+" could not be downloaded at this time."

and then I have two options: "done" or "Retry"

one of these apps was free, however the most recent one was not. Is there a way I can fix this?
I have the most recent software: iOS 5.1.1
It's not jailbroken, and I don't seem to have issues with any other apps or iTunes store for music.
Ok, I take that back, I've now received a message when I tried to download a game:
"MZCommerce.CreditBalanceMismatch.mobi…
And the only option is to tap "OK"
so i tried to re-download it, and it gives me that very first message I described above.

I have the same problem right now it just happened all of the sudden?

Yep.Me too. I think something is up with Apple's servers.

I'm on iOS 6 and it's not working.

I'm sure it'll be back up soon, you just have to wait it out.

  • Unable to copy photos from iPhone to laptop. It says device is unreachable after a short time I have an iPhone SE and I've got Windows 10 on my laptop. Whenever I try to copy photos from my phone to laptop, after a about 5 seconds an error message comes up saying "device is unreachable." I can't figure out whether this is a problem with my data cable or my laptop OR my laptop's USB port. And also I haven't updated my phone to the new version of ios, could that by any chance be a reason for this problem?

They said i should try installing run-time memory-clearing application, but i don't know any app. Anyone knows any run-time memory-clearing app that's free?
  • Is there a way to see date and time when an app has been downloaded on an iPhone? I think my husband might be using a dating app to cheat on me but I can't be sure. He s downloaded it before and should ve deleted it, so the cloud with the down arrow won't be proof. Is there a way in the App Store to see if it was recently redownloaded?
