How to make Facebook stop sending me alerts on my iPhone at night?
I shouldn't have to turn off my phone at night because my friends update Facebook all through the night and once school starts, my phone has to be on at night, because it is my only alarm clock… But how am I supposed to get rested for school when my phone buzzes all through the night. I tried turning the notifications off but through the iPhone settings but the damn thing still goes off at night. I need sleep and I will be PISSED if I have to delete Facebook. Please, someone tell me how to make Facebook stop buzzing at night.
You go to settings and then click notifications and there should be a tab for facebook turn it off.
- Why doesn't my iphone vibrate when I get facebook alerts? I have it set to all the correct settings, but it just doesn't vibrate or anything when i get notifications on facebook. It will just show that I have ya know 3 things or watever on the facebook icon. But I have it set to vibrate when I get something and it never does… And actually half the time it doesn't even show that i have a new fb message/comment… Ill just click the icon and go to fb then i realize i do have messages or comments. Wat the frig?
- Why does my iPhone 5 stop sending messages? It worked for a few days and then last night it stopped sending and receiving texts. But I could still make calls. Then this morning it started working again. But now it is doing it again and it won't send texts. The iMessages won't go through either. I'm horrible with technology so I really don't know what to do. I tried turning it off but it didn't work. And If I do a network or hard reset, then will I lose everything on it? It is a Sprint iPhone if it matters.
- My photos are not sending in group messages, but are sending in individual messages? I'm with Straight Talk Wireless. At first my pictures were sending in the group message but now they are not. I don't know what's wrong, all my settings are what they are suppose to be, and I'm currently on an iPhone 5s IOS 8.4.
- Is there a way to stop Presidential Alerts from reaching my iPhone? I turned off "Emergency Alerts" and "Amber Alerts" on my iPhone about a month ago. I disconnected the SXM antenna so that my car stopped getting those damn alerts on my infotainment system. My iPhone received two "Presidential Alerts" today. Yes, I know "Presidential Alerts" are not the same as "Weather" and "Amber" alerts.
