How does the Apple warrant replacement with an iPhone 5 work?
The lock button on my iPhone 5 is not working properly. Most of the time, the phone doesn't recognize when I press the button.
I plan on contacting apple to have the phone replaced under warranty.
Do they send me a replacement phone first, then I send them the defect?
I'm in the middle of a move, so I do not want to be without a phone, if avoidable.
To best of knowledge, apple has the fastest and best costumer care according to the law and regulations! However apple is not my field of research but I can, t hide the facts! They replace it in a shortest possible time if needed!
- Will apple give me a replacement phone iphone 5? I lost my iphone or it was stolen last night i only just got a replacement one after dropping it in water will they give me another replacement one for 270? Its still under warranty? so devastated.
- Should FBI be allowed access to encrypted iPhone data when the they have obtained a valid search warrant? Should the FBI be able to force Apple to create an override for the delete after 10 wrong password entries feature on the iPhone to allow the FBI access to encrypted data when the FBI has obtained a valid search warrant?
- Replacement Pending iPhone. Replacement phone or fix? My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.
- Replacement iphone arrived, apple forgot my broken? Apple replaced my iPhone 5 with a new one after I realised it was broken out the box. But after they delivered my new one, hey said "we will collect your old one in two days" it's no five days later and still nothing:/ should I wait or could I sell it in time for Christmas? Anyone else had this problem
