Honestly it probably isn't… Or if it is it it is hardly worth the price… And I could go on a long rant about economics but I won't… It's too long a topic to discuss in length at 4 AM. (which is the current time here, no clue if it is the same for you.)
The only difference is that they are different in everywhere.
