I dropped my iPhone in a puddle of water about 1 inch in depth and it has been sitting in rice for almost 24 hours. Should I leave it in longer then 24 hours?
No, you're fine to take it out and take it to the apple or phone service store to see if they can fix it or if they will give you a new one or if you're in the clear.

I woke up this morning and my phone wouldn't turn on and it had like a navy coloured screen. I realised that my starbucks coffee cup, with water in, had spilt on my phone.
