How much data does a normal iPhone 4 use?
I have a iPhone 4 which uses about 30mb (received) and 28mb (sent) In about 1 and a 1/2 hours when not even touching it and all apps closed. I'm on contract with T-mobile or EE and about a week before every month I use up my fair usage is this normal? If not how do I stop my iPhone 4 from using so much data?

I had that problem as well. I recommend you get the app "Onavo Count" it will create a VPN on your phone and will show exactly what is using up your data! (its free btw). If you haven't tried it yet, do a hard reset of the device by holding the "lock" and "home" button until the phone restarts. Then as a last resort buck-up then restore the device in itunes!
Iphones have pre-installed memory capacity. If you don, t want to use too much, close those apps you don, t need in the time of work. So long.
