I got my iPhone 4 in March it was $99 and the total came out to $150. The iPhone 5 is $199 so it might be $250

It is advertised as $200, but first add 6% sales tax ($12) for a total of $212.
This $200 price is of course with an upgrade or new 2-year contract. Otherwise it is an additional $250.
One thing they don't really tell you in advertising is that there's a $36 activation fee (plus $2.16 tax).
So that's a more realistic total of $250.16.
