How much is it to cancel my two year contract with att?
I have a Samsung flight 2 and i got it on the 2 year contract. This year in December it will be a year. But i don't like this phone its super slow and recently it fell in the toilet on accident and it turned on a couple days later. I started using it and it was alright but now when i plug in the charger to charge it it won't charge so its dead right now. And i want to get the iphone 5 instead. You can always but your phone out of contract and stick your sim card in it. But cheak with at&t, they might charge you no more then 300 if it ends next year.
I'm assuming that the Samsung Flight 2 is a smartphone.
AT&T charges $325 to cancel your contract, minus $10 for every full month that you had your phone. Since you activated it on December, you've had it for about 9 months, which means you'll pay $235 in cancellation fees. You'll also have to pay the outstanding balance, if you have one, and the remainder of your bill (the pro-rated amount).
