What happens if you cancel a 3 year IPhone contract and sell the phone?
Like just stop paying the bill, because its like $200+ every month. Then cell the Iphone. What can they do?
Also, the phone isn't in my name. It's in my ex boyfriends.
He will have to pay alot of money to break the contract usually some three hundred dollars
Tell you one thing he can do:
If he has a receipt for the phone and you sell it, he can have you charged for theft of property and use this posting as premeditated intent to commit the crime as evidence against you in court

I was robbed. All reported to police. Did not even believe I could pay the deductible for the referbishrd I phone. My bank account was frozen due to the theft. Verison did not help whatsoever. They got me into a underhanded scam. It was the meanest thing ever where do Igo got help.
