How much volts can calculator's solar panel can screw up?

Hi, my friend and i are planning to do solar powered iphone charger. And we don't know how much volts can calculator's solar panel can screw up. And if you know can you show me blueprint of iphone charger (used to charge iphone from general 220v socket).

Your solar panels should generate at least 8 volts, which the regulator IC can take down to a 5 volt output. The current capacity should be at least 500mA.
