I'm planning on doing a switch to T-mobile, and they offer paying you ETF when you trade in your device, how much do they pay for your device though? Also how does it work? Do they pay for my ETF and my device? Or do they use to device to pay for my ETF?

- When you give APPLE a defective IPHON do they give you a reconditioned one back? My IPHONE had a defect, still under warranty, so I took it to an Apple MAC store and after a few days they gave it back, supposedly repaired. Now the replaced IPHONE has a problem, different than the previous problem I'm now having a problem with the taking a photo. Do they just replace your phone with a reconditioned one they say no but?
