How to access all my photos on my iPhone from my PC?

Apple is honestly the most retarded company when it comes down to their compatibility. All I want to do is to be able to take all my pictures off my phone and put them all onto my computer.

Plug the charger cord that looks like a usb (the rectangle one) into your computer slot. This should open a app that has your pictures music ect.

2 ways. One, install iCloud for PC and they will automatically show up as you take them. I see all my pics across all my devices with no issues (PC/iPhone/iPad).

Second way, plug your USB cable into your phone and into your PC. The photo wizard will open (usually, depending on settings) and give you the chance to download all pics and/or erase them off the phone once downloaded.

Then use iCloud or connect the phone to your computer via USB and access the DCIM folder. It's really not all that difficult.

My friend asked me to take some photos at his wedding… Well I did and took around 900 photos, but sadly they were all Live photos. Every time I try to move them to a CD or SD card they show up as videos. Is there a way I can make them all still images without to go to each individual photo and fixing it? (Iphone 8plus)
