IPhone is broken, is there a way to access all of my missed imessages from a Mac?
IPhone 5 fell in a pool, so has been drying out in rice the last 36 hours. Is there a way to check my imessages that I haven't been able to receive on a Mac? Or is the only way to recover those to get the phone working again?
Nope i'm pretty sure not
You can actually. But you can only see the apple to apple messages. If they have another kind of phone it won't show up. Kinda stupid actually.
Jack, does that include recovering the iMessages sent to me since my phone was last turned off? Or only messages from here on out?
- Will I still receive missed imessages when I leave a Wi-Fi area? My iphone 4s currently has no service as in the phone is shut off. However, I still can send iMessages. My question is if I iMesssage someone and I leave the Wi-Fi area will I receive their response message when I find another Wi-Fi area or will I just never receive it?
- Will I receive all missed text messages once my service is back on? My parents temporarily cut off my phone service (AT&T iPhone). When they turn it back on, should I receive all missed texts from when it was off?
- Why is my Iphone not sending as Imessages and receiving iMessages from one person? I'm texting my wife and we both have iPhone's and she is getting the messages as an iMessage but the ones I'm sending her on my end show up at green. Sometime it will go as blue, get the little red exclamation point then send as regular SMS. I'm texting someone else too and she has an iPhone, and she is getting mine as regular iMessages and mine are sending as regular iMessages. Why aren't they sending to me wife as iMessages?
- What is the easiest way to move all my iTunes content from my PC to a Mac? I'm getting a Mac soon and would like to know the easiest way to move all my PC iTunes' contents (Music, Photos + iPhone backups) to my new Mac. Is there anyway this can be done so I don't have to re-sync all my iDevices like new devices?
