Added (1). I have my passwords saved on to an app which I'm pretty sure is backed up on icloud for when I get a new phone -- but I need to access it right now to see what my password is. Is there someway through an emulator or something at all?
I think you can sign in somehow in the Iphone system. Only a guess.
You don't, even if the phone was working app data could only be accessed on the phone itself. On a computer it is stored in a usually hidden encrypted file.
- When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect.
