You can't. Return it to Verizon.
If you have the phone on and the owner has tracking on their phone and can track the phone to your address, you can be arrested for stolen goods.
You won't because the IMEI has already been blacklisted. And if I'm right you can't get into the phone as it is asking for an Apple ID password you don't have. You stole a glorified brick.
Be a good citizen and return the phone
