We both like each other. And her parents took her calling away so she can only text but I really like her and she said she's waiting for me to ask her out.what's a cute way to do it? I want it to be special. I would video chat her but i don't have a Iphone or computer too. Any ideas

And I'm not sure if she even has access to internet. Will I be charged if I text her via SMS? If so how much? Also, I do not have an international phone plan.
