How to back-up specific apps and information from iTunes?
I had a 64g iphone 6 that had a hardware problem and could not turn on because it froze mid-way in the restoration process. As a result, I turned it in to upgrade to a 6s with a program my phone company has. Being in the financial difficulty IIm currently in all I could afford was the 16g iphone 6s. I know I can't back up everything but there are some apps like my password protector app and a bunch of important, sentimental notes from my old 64g phone that I need.
It has to be through iTunes because I only backed it up through iTunes. I stopped using iCloud because of that glitch in the upgrade where you had to pay for storage a while back.
I use itunes all the time for that (and I also have 16GB). When you setup your new phone by connecting to itunes, it will ask you if you want to copy from backup, choose yes and it will copy everything including apps, notes, etc.
Search it on YouTube, you will get the step by step information about it and if you want to have a good security app do install Leo Privacy Guard in order to secure you device totally.
- Will I lose the information stored on my iPhone 6 if I backup through iTunes? Basically I want to back up my phone, but if I backup my phone will I lose all the information all ready on my phone then have to restore it later? Like will backing up delete apps, pictures, videos, etc. On my device?
- How will I get back my lost information? I have an iPhone. I keep my important information i.e; messages, photos, videos and contact information save in my phone. But recently my daughter has deleted all of my information from my phone. I can't get it anywhere in my phone. Can anybody help me about it?
- How to use my iTunes gift card without having to verify my billing information? I just got the iPhone 5. Prior to this, I had the iPhone 4 and I accessed my iTunes account from that. Then I started using my iTunes account from my dad's computer. Out of the blue, it started telling me that I couldn't even download a free app without verifying my billing information. I tried doing this, but the security code on my dad's card wouldn't work. Shouldn't I be able to use my gift card without having to verify my billing information?
- How to sync my apps without losing my information? I have an iPhone 4S, and I'm about to switch to iOS 7. There isn't enough room on it, so I'm going to put everything on the computer. However, every time I put all my apps back on my phone, all the saved information is lost. Is there a way to sync my apps without losing information?
