How to buy more free storage for my iPhone?

I've ran out of storage on my phone, and I know how to buy more GB s but it's the "per month" thing that confuses me. I only want to buy storage once, I don't want more and more each month? How do I prevent this?

If you mean the iCloud storage, you are paying each month for use of that extra 5GB, 10GB etc. You are not paying for more storage, you are paying for use of that space in the cloud servers.

You are confusing DATA and offline storage. And if you DO know that you want offline storage, there are many ways ti get it free. You might have to use more than one place, though. I have the music contents on a Rotating basis, stored in Amazon Muisc - even the Itunes stuff- and I can call it diwn from the Net anytime, delete when done, replace whenever. I have Google sheets and Google docs full of BIG files of business data I need to get to. All of this us FREE. It came with apps ang programs I installed on my desktop or phone or both.

You can't change the physical storage of your device except by upgrading to a different option.
