No you can't connect the iphone with laptop via Bluetooth. Because it does not support it. You need to connect via wire.

Your Laptop needs to have Blue-tooth ability.
If it does not, then get a USB blue-tooth antenna. They're about 5bucks (cheap one) to 30 bucks for a decent one.

Install the software, make sure both devices have their Blue-Tooth turned on,
You may need to give a name to the one in the laptop
then go into the settings in both devices and scan the area for another Blue-tooth device.
Your scan from each one, will see each other, and you need to agree to connect with a password or Keycode you choose.
Then from there you just do what you want.
