Read the SYNCH Manual - https://carmanuals2.com/d/28513
Your Owner's Manual: https://carmanuals2.com/d/28510
You should have received BOTH of these, and other manuals when you purchased the vehicle. They are supposed to be transferred to the new owner, each time it changes hands.
You can order new paper copies from FORD/Lincoln/Mercury customer service website, or by calling and ordering them. There's a fee for the paper copy, and you will find OTHER needs to reference the manual, the longer you own the vehicle. Starting with, what maintenance needs to be performed at what intervals and a place to record such information.
In the UK, this is called a logbook. In the US, it is still required, but unfortunately many see them as optional and throw the paperwork away, thinking it's not needed or can be found in e-book form someplace. This is not necessarily true, and you do need to keep the book.

- Problem with my Pioneer stereo system in my car? I have a Pioneer stereo system in my RAV4.It works great with the radio and with CDs, but when I have my iPhone plugged into the auxiliary input, the sound only comes out of the right side. I have replaced the cable several times so I know my cable isn't the problem. I've also tested other devices, so I know it's not just my phone either. Anyone know what the problem is? Any help is appreciated!
