How to downgrade back to IOS 6.1.2?

I mistakenly updated my iPhone 4S to IOS 6.1.3. I'm planing on using the evasi0n jailbreak but it currently does not support IOS 6.1.3. I know there's a way to go back to IOS 6.1.2 but I can't recall it. It would help if you could provide me a link to the website or give me instructions.

Do you have a ipod touch 4g, iphone 3gs or iphone 4 and saved your shsh blobs to downgrade? If you don't have those devices or don't have the blobs you can't downgrade, sorry =

But even then that may not work. It's really difficult to roll back any iOS especially since iOS 4 (and now we're on 6). You really do need blobs, SSH, jailbreak, etc.

iOS 6.1.3 breaks jailbreak. And the jailbreak community is warning EVERYONE do not Update to 6.1.3 because there's no jailbreak for it atm.

I'm sorry but looks like you will have a non-jailbroken iPhone for quite awhile. Those are the facts.

There's no way to downgrade from IOS 6.1.3 for Iphone 4S nor 5. And evasi0n has no plans to jailbreak 6.1.3. You'll have to wait for the IOS 7 jailbreak. Sorry for the bad news…
